Guy started Southwind Electric, Inc. in 1979 after working for 4 years as an apprentice electrician for another electrical company. Shortly after obtaining his Master Electricians license, Guy started Southwind Electric, Inc., which has grown into the well-respected, established company it is today.

Debbie was born in Baltimore in 1954. After graduating in 1972, she was employed by Baltimore Contractors, Inc. until 1980 when she left to join Guy and his endeavors at Southwind Electric, Inc.
